In the 2004/05 season the Trust successfully lauched its "Player of the Month" award. It gave fans the opportunity each month to vote for the player they felt had performed the best.

As well as voting for the award, Trust members were entered into a free draw to win the chance of presenting the award to the successful player in the players lounge after a home game.

Over the season we will review each month and also give the chance for fans to cast their vote online (scroll to the bottom of this page to do so). There is also the chance for fans to vote in Studds or the Dale Bar at home games or by filling in a voting form from the "Trust in Us" column in the Rochdale Observer.

ROCHDALEAFC.COM PLAYER OF THE MONTH – AUGUST

It's voting time once again...... as the polls are open for your August player of the month votes.

Voting is open to ALL Dale Supporters, and one Trust member will be picked out of the hat to present the award to the player of their choice at a forthcoming home fixture.

This season, the Dale Trust Player Of The Month award is sponsored by unofficial Dale website RochdaleAFC.com which has been established for over ten years. It is often the first port of call for Dale fans for all the latest news, and has a message board that is by far the most popular with Dale fans.

There are a few ways to vote for your August player of the month. The first is to simply vote online on this page below.

Alternatively you can pick-up a voting form from one of the matchday Trust Desks (Studds/Dale Bar) or you can post it to Rochdale Supporters Trust, PO Box 1907, Rochdale, Lancashire OL16 9EX.

Closing date is Monday 6th September 2010
